Human Development and Awareness Forum (HDAF) is a non-profitable organization, led by women. It was established in 2007. It works for the welfare of children, youth, women, disadvantaged group of society and young women in particular
Our Vision
To achieve equality, freedom, self-reliance, justice, self-respect and dignity along with the quest of self-identity in social, political, educational and financial terms, breaking the unjust social boundaries such as class, caste discrimination, gender inequality and economic deprivation.
It aims to build a justice based society by empowering the marginalized groups and communities through different effective participatory uplifting programs and awareness acts..

- Increase awareness among people about inequality, indiscrimination and unjust practices in our society and encouraging them to react against any form of discrimination
- Build inclusive and cohesive society, by bringing disadvantaged group into mainstream, by encouraging their active participation at both macro and microeconomic level
- Unleash potential of underprivileged member by conducting various Awareness Raising Programs among targeted people and extend their competence
- Setup and operate programs “child welfare and their rights” and Make suitable efforts to reduce the crimes like sexual abuse and child labors.
- Establish clubs for youth, children and women to enhance their self or communal development
- Build the peace zone for children to develop their creativity and productivity
- Contribute to the local communities in the field of health services by conducting different awareness programs about sanitation, personal hygiene, disease
- Conduct different short term vocational training to increase income and employability of poor and ultra-poor female.
