Leadership Development Training For Women

Leadership Development training for womenWe believe empowering youth girls through exposing inner potentiality and built up self-confidence and realization of self-value. Through empowerment and enrichment, they can pass on their knowledge to their peers at the community level. It makes realize that they are never alone in this fight and that there are other young people elsewhere. We think Leadership is a primary mediator of power and girls and young women have been left out of leadership roles. They need to develop or enhance their leadership skill. Promoting youth girl leadership development is a great way to promote positive life skill learning and give voices to which they have silent and unheard voices. Leadership training inspires girls to be true to themselves and teach the practices of emotional intelligence, assertive, self-expression and healthy relationships, giving girls the skills and confidence to live as leaders. We conduct leadership development training for targeted youth women and organization’s member on regular basis. Before conducting all programs, whether it is awareness or vocational, we give 2 days’ training to them that is leadership.
